[Resolved] Flipkart — Need Refund for Moto G 2nd Gen Phone | |||
I purchased Moto G on 26th June'2015. Since then i have been experiencing quality issues with the phone. It was replaced last week but again some problem with the new phone.I am really disappointed with Flipkart . Without smartphone my work and business both have been adversely impacted. I hope Flipkart is not selling Refurbished phones ( which we hear often these days). How can the same product has issues two times within a week of delivery? I cannot wait until 20th which they have given my for the 2nd time replcament. I need to buy another phone ASAP. Kindly initiate a REFUND for this order . I do not want to experiment with the same product thrice please. Its enough already. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 10, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains stating that the handset delivered is not of good quality and wants to return it. We have already addressed this complaint and we have also approved the replacement. So closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.
