[Resolved] Flipkart — negligent and take for granted attitude towards rural customers: | |||
Flipkart have refused to deliver products door-step to certain areas repeatedly. Instead we are supposed to go to their ware house and collect it. They dont take rural areas seriously. Well then why do you have to advertise it falsely in your website/app. If cannot deliver to certain pin codes why not directly mention "not available for this region" in the website, This has been happening for a while, they asked my elderly parents to come and collect it from their ware house., which they did unfortunately. In spite of repeated complaints over phone, emails, and online support, they have not looked in to this matter. And taken complaints for granted. I have started to avoid flipkart and go for alternative sites already. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the Wishmaster refused doorstep delivery and serviceability. We had interacted with the customer and noted the feedback and we will forwarded the same to concern team. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
