[Resolved] Flipkart — network issue in mobile | |||||
Xolo era 1x mobile purchase on 27th nov. After 1-2 days faced network issue. Replacement request raised and technical person visit at home, issue not short out. As advice by technician we are visit at service station. But issue still not solve. One more time replacement request raised but once more reject by flipkart. 10 days go away of as per replacement policy. But mobile still as faulty. I want solution of this or replacement. Verified Support Dec 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, as per customers issue, arranged for a tech visit which our technician have solved the customers issue, hence closing the case, customer can get in touch with the authorized service center if at all the issue persists.
