I have purchased a Asus ZenFone 2 from Flipkart on 8th or 9th June the 2nd time 1st request for the product was denied as the phone was not available with 4 GB RAM and after ordering the product twice i received it on 10th June'15 but its SIM 1 slot is not working. I called the Flipkart customer support they said i will receive a call from the technical team the next day at 4:30 pm but till now i have not received any call. Its a Brand new phone which i have purchased and am not getting any assistance from your side to get this mobile working. Please arrange a call from your end and get it resolved. Otherwise i wont have anyother choice but using alternate ways to get it fixed or replaced which will reflect very badly for your company.
Please arrange a call back on [protected] within 24 hours.
