[Resolved]  Flipkart — Nexian vs 45 service

I have Purchased this Nexian- NV45 with Flipkart 11 month ago. I never found services center. It was diffult for me to go with small baby on earlier complaint in march time.

Last 2 day again facing network issue a d it doesnt show network. I m not able to use the phone. I month is left under warranty.

I call so many time in may for below issue not received anyy response.

Last 2day i am mailing [protected]@smobility.in
Which is spice customer center earlier also contact filpkart and spice center but they failed to deliver services.

1)Battery Run out Very quickly without using internet.
2) Phone Hang up on call.
3) Ram work Slowly. If download App it is take time.
4) while Taking call Hangup.
5) While taking other (Dialer)person can not hear the Voice
6)No Extra application added than phone.
7) Network Also Goes while on calling
8) Once Hangup Can not Redial phone.
9) other people calling are saying that your phone seems switch off or not connect.

Please Provide me the solution. I am Located at Bangalore- 560100Provide services center or replace by picking up.

I m not sure that i will received services only one month left for warranty.

What to do next. While for exchange it is not an option available to sale it. It cost me 3799. I have all bill box and accessories

I have complaints against both filpkart and spice both are failed to provide services. Waste of money. Flipkart it is not accept in exchange offer. How come other web will accept. 3799 is now 0 in last 6 months.while first time complanit raised. Also flipkart has started providing m8bile under warranty repair services. It was also not happen. While my complaint arised within 3 months after phone purchased.

As per conversation I will visit the store. As I mention you if they don't repair and give my handset as it than ?I have already write flip-kart in March 2016 about the issue.

I am worried that if they do formalities and warranty get over than what to do ?. I have not used much phone because of this issue. or they said we will repair and than again same issue come than what to do?

only few days left for warranty.

I have noticed this point because at the end of the day I will be suffering. who will help. will you help me than... you will also says warranty is over we can not do anything.

Please write me back for solution. I am facing this issue from long time. SMobility has not response by email or them number also not working. I have mailed same issue and complaint to them. but no response received from smobility. please note this issue in your mind.

Hi,

on issue of moblie sevices and instument. i went with my little baby to the services center and service center people denied to do services. i have already spoke to amol das as well as on on denied on services. customer representative at 15.39.

i am attaching services center visiting card which I have asked from them during visit.

Please provide me solutions for this.

I hope you can understand the difficulties. About this phone issueI have alredy email you and spice smobilty service center. Where i am unable to get services. Now warranty also runing out. I have already disccued with elscation team member amoldas as well as other rep.

please do needful and find visitng card copy as a proff of visit. I hope this will enough from my end.

where I have to Rome for services and job sheet. the services center people can not provide services. where I have to call. one of your colleague call me and rudely speaking to me about polices and terms. I am not getting services what can I do. Without provide services how can service center can create a job sheet and complaint number? I have call flipkart care while on services center that day they not asking me for jobsheet and now something new come up. it is not easy for me to go all services center with little baby.

I have already sent visiting card as a proff and call to center as well as emails.

this is something you are not going to help? Consumer @ smobilty email I am not getting response? are you asking me to go the nexian factory to get new phone or repair ?

what type of services you are providing to us? if you are not able to help why you are sales this kind of brand or product ? dont you think like me customer get trapped?

please provide me solution ?

I ask mobile center to authorised mobile center for services denied confirmation mail. i am not sure they will reply or not ? I have already CC to flipkart care and mention customer care 2.

please do needful.
