Flipkart — Nexus 6 - Not Working - In Warranty | |||||
I had purchase Nexus 6 in January 2016 from Flipkart. It has stopped working and is still in warranty. On contacting with Flipkart, they said that it was not in their hands as 30 Days are over. They are not helping me with any service centers in Mumbai I can approach to. The ones on their invoice say that they only look out of warranty products. This is really annoying. How can they do this? They are only interested in selling and don't care a damn about post sales services. They reply with the same auto generated emails and are not bothered to get into the matter and assist me with the authorized service center. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |||||
