[Resolved] Flipkart — NI status for refund | |
I've ordered on Flipkart supermart on 26.12.2020 order id OD[protected]. I paid via upi 1250 but the next day the order got cancelled. From then I'm contacting the customer service but no response. They're repeatedly telling me that my id is deactivated and not letting know about the refund status. I came up to the forum for a resolution please help.

I'm receiving the same msg repeatedly. No confirmation for refund. They're continuing their automated form of msg on a repeat mode.
