[Resolved] Flipkart — Nike Shoe Replacement

I have purchased a nike basketball shoes Rs 4500 and the sole of the shoe came out in just 3 months I have gone to nike shoe they refused to take the shoe and flipkart is saying I will not take or replace as it is more than 90 days I have raised my complaints before 90 days but my complaints were forwarded by flipkart everyday thus my warranty was more than 90 days. If they cannot replace it at least they should take and get it replace for me
