[Resolved] Flipkart — nikon camera | |||||
Flipkart order "od[protected]", order placed on 2nd nov 2018 and till date no delivery has happened. They have extended the delivery almost 5 times and till date as well i have been getting delayed dates etc. Today i get a call from some flipkart team "[protected]" at 12.39pm and he says that the product is not going to get delivered and i should cancel the order. I denied to cancel it from my end, to that he says they can not help and it would not be delivered any how. Finally he says they would check and come back in 24 hours. Not sure what is going on??? Dec 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order not delivered. We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was not delivered due not some unforeseen reason. Requested to place a fresh order for the same product and the seller will provide the difference amount of the product once the new order is delivered. The price difference amount will be added to your bank account. Feedback noted for mishap. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
