I ordered above product on 1st of april 2018 and i already paid entire amount at that time and i converted my transaction in emi.
Now you have deliverd me product on 21st april 2018 and on 24 th apr 2018 one person came for installation who told me parts are missing, so i enquired many persons from flipkart and i asked them to send missing parts and i dont want refund. Now you are telling me they can not provide me replacement or cant send me missing parts and will provide refund only.

So my questions are :

1. If a seller is sending a product after 21 days how parts are missing and if missing provide me that parts or replace it.

2. I am not getting replacement options though i can see same product is available on your portal then why can't you send me missing parts.

3. What about my money which your seller and flipkarts has enjoyed for a month, who is going to pay my interest amount when i have not used that product even for a single day.

I want same product either replacement of provide me missing parts as soon as possible as it is nearly a month and you all are enjoying on my money which i have altready paid to you on 1st april 2018.
