I purchased Park Avenue trousers (size 36) from Flipkart.com. Since the size was big, I placed an exchange request (size 34).
The first time Ekart courier guy came and struggled for 15 mins to match the serial code on the trousers. Since it did not match, he asked me to contact Flipkart cust. supp. I contacted cust. supp, told my issue. And again placed the exchange request. The same thing happened. Ekart courier guy came again and still was asking for the serial code.
This happened the next 4 times. For the fifth time, I decided to return permanently and asked for a refund. But again the Ekart courier guy came and informed me that the return also requires a serial code.
Again I contacted cust. support and informed this. This is continuing till now. They have escalated this issue. Now for the new return request, the pickup was scheduled on 16 May. But nobody came till 17 May.
I am fed up with Flipkart service. I had wasted almost 10-15 calls and emails from my side and 10-15 calls from their side. This issue is already escalated.
I want to fine these people for all these pain. Neither I am able to return product nor exchange. Was this information helpful? |
