Flipkart — No invoice received for Order

Received an order on Thu, 17th Mar 2022 for Webcam + few other items.
Upon trying to download invoice - I can see all items in the PDF except the webcam.

I have talked to customer support multiple times, and I'm told there is an error in generating invoice and "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team"

But no resolution yet even after many phone calls - trying to explain the issue to each support executive from scratch.

All organisations are legally bound to share Invoice immediately after purchase - Flipkart needs to provide an answer here and provide resolution to this issue.
