Flipkart — no proper response and block my account

Hi team,

My flipkart account has been blocked with the following reason
"our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

However, i using my flipkart account for my personal needs only there was no proper enquiry or reason provided from flipkart side till now. I am follow up for more than 15 days through social media, email and calls but no one provide any response yet,
Now i don't need a account any more but i need a copy of invoices on my purchase of electronic gadgets for warranty purposes. They simply telling we can't access your account.

I am following up for the same last
