[Resolved] Flipkart — No proper service from Flipkart | |
Placed my product on 10th of Dec 2014, and got it deliverd on 12th of Dec . When I have tried to switch on the phone it was not working so went on to call Flipkart CC to find out the replacement for the same. Called them on 15th of Dec to place a return request to refund my money or request for new piece and the response I got from them is "will resolve your issue in 24 hrs". So waited fro their call on 16 dec but no one called me so I have to call them again on the same day after waited for 24 hrs as per their timeline but dinot get call from them so waited till 17 th dec and I went on to call them but diappointed to hear from them again that have to wait for another 24 hrs. On the whole my waiting for 24 hrs is kept on going till today 20th of dec but no solution for my query. I don't know as what is the problem they are facing to resolve this issue. In this juncture a getting mails from them saying that
