[Resolved] Flipkart — No refund after almost 20 days since return of damaged item | |||||
OD[protected] I placed an order on 4th feb and received completely broken item on 10 feb which was returned that day itself. I have the return slip for the same. The product was returned on 17th Feb and since then dealing with flipkart customer service has been a nightmare. they keep saying they will 'update' me with the status of the refund. this means they keep calling every two days to tell me to give them 24-48 hours more to resolve the issue. Its been over two weeks. I am being mentally harassed by flipkart this way. Its a simple refund procedure and they keep giving excuses. Its a small amount of refund Rs. 549 and if they cant refund this small amount I am grateful I didn't order something expensive from them. Its ridiculous that this company takes people's hard earned money and then refuses to return them their money if they didn't deliver the product. this is plain and simple cheating and I am moving to consumer court if the issue isn't resolved within this week. Jan 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Eventually received refund. But I had to closely follow up and had to keep calling them. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue is addressed and resolved and its very old case reported on Mar 8th 2016
