[Resolved]  Flipkart — No refund

I returned 2 shoes and the amount was initiated on 28th september and 2nd octobar but till now it has not been credited in my bank account. More than 10 days have passed they dont know the solution according to them them have completed my refund request. Rs5000 has been blocked by them. Worst site to shop on. Filling fir against them. Worst
