Flipkart — No refund for cancelled product

I ordered item from flipkart on 7th June 2022 and the product was not delivered. So i cancelled the product on 17th July 2022 and the refund is still not initiated. I have called support 4 times and every time they ask me to wait 24-28 hours. They are not even transferring calls to their seniors. Saying they are are not available. Still the refund is not initiated. Worst company and worst support. This is simple fraud. Neither the product was delivered nor they are issuing refund.
