[Resolved] Flipkart — no refund initiated | |||
I had purchased a kids dress bella moda from flipkart. The delivery guy who came from Ekart had first swiped my card and said that his machine is not working so please pay money. so i had to pay Rs. 575/- as cash, but unfortunately my bank had debited the money from my card as well. So instead of 575/- i paid 1150/-. When i raised a complaint with them they asked me for few days to get it sorted but that few days were more than 10 days. At last the flipkart agent called me and said that they have checked with Ekart and there is no such payment been made by my card. Despite me telling them that i can produce the bank statement, the agent is not accepting it and says that its not needed as there is not payment received from there end.! That's too stupid! Instead kept on saying like a recorded machine that raise a dispute form with your bank. why should i do that? when the amount is clearly reflecting under the debit column.
