Flipkart — No refund is initiated for defective product dispatched | |||
I am Deepak Verma, have placed an order of Digiflip Power bank on flipkart with an order ID OD[protected] on 1st March 2015. In this regard, I had received an defective product. I had made a refund request on customer care of Flipkart on 9th March 2015 (The copy of the complaint is attached herewith). But there was no response from Customer care regarding refund. They have replaced the same item (Invoice of the Replaced item is attached herewith) with the wording of the technical person that the defective product had been dispatched. But when I used the replaced item, the same problem I am facing with the replaced item. Now I want to return the defective product and get my refund on selected product at the earliest.
