[Resolved] Flipkart — no refund/replacement for defective item | |||||
I bought a bed from flipkart. Order detail is below Order id: od[protected] Order date :sat, sep 23rd '17 12:13 am They have delivered a defective bed. I have initiated a refund on their website. But they are doing anything for this. They keep on giving new date of refund. I am helpless. I have attached the invoice. Complain: no refund in two months even if they have accepted that its their mistake. They are just delaying the refund. Expectation: 1. Refund 2. Verified Support Dec 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for damage product received. We escalated the issue to our concerned team to arrange for a technician visit but technician visit was not completed so we approve the request for refund. Informed customer about the pick up timeline 15th December but the pick up was not completed so we override the request and provided refund to customer. Customer told he is not satisfied with the resolution because he waited for the refund from 2 month and now we're providing him refund. Apologies to customer for the inconvenience caused and close the complaint from our end.
