[Resolved] Flipkart — no replacement is there for damaged product | |||||
I have ordered two crompton ceiling fan from flipkart, in that one is damaged & some scratch is also there. When i am trying for replacement of product they are not accepting any replacement only refund is there but in invoice and flipkart site they clearly mention that 10 days replacement guaranty is there. I have called flipkart customer care so many times but i am not getting proper response from them. They are telling its depend on seller, but there is no such t&c in the return policy. Some customer care executive keeping my call in hold and after sometimes they are disconnecting. I purchased the product in now that price is increased if they will refund the money i can not buy the same product with offer price.
