[Resolved] Flipkart — no replacement of faulty mobile hardware | |||
Problem of mobile is sim notwork gone complete every one or two hours. We have to restart mobile every time to get back network. Unless network not back even more than 10 hours. We make complamint and technician come technician reject to replacement mobile. Because when they are come network showing. We show technician to more than 6 screenshot o[censored]ndetected sim but still they are not agree. We try more than 4 different sim card but same result. Network complete gone every 1 to 2 hours. After we have to restart mobile then network show. After 1 or two hours once again network gone & network not come till mobile restart.. Technician said we cancelled the replacement request. What pathetic & horrible service. We compliant more than two time. Nothing support from flipkart. We totally disappointment. We lost many important call because of no network issue face from last 10 days. Please either refund my money or replace my mobile. After rejection of mobile replacment. We call senior customer excutive they told we are last stage of handle customer complaints. We have not do any thing more. Worst worst seevice ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
