[Resolved] Flipkart — No response from Flipkart and parts issue | |||||
After purchasing a tablet DIGIFLIP XT811 from flipkart, it broke by mistake so I went to the ONLY service centre in Lucknow.They refused to repair it because flipkart was not providing them parts.After waiting for 3 months, the response was the same.Few weeks later, they said that they are now not dealing with Digiflip products because flipkart was not providing them with parts and their were other complaints about the same product.On calling the customer care of flipkart, they are not responding because COD and no other help is available in UP and other states..!!
