[Resolved] Flipkart — No response on return of defective product | |
I have ordered Jabra Elite 65t wireless earbuds on 5th of August. They were delivered on 10th of August but found to be defective. The left earbud is not working and raised a return request on the same day. Flipkart customer care contacted and gave troubleshooting instructions to be followed but were ineffective. Then a tech vist happened and technician declared the product as defective. I thought someone would come for pick up but strangely flipkart cancelled the return request without stating any reason. I called up customer care to know the reason and they are clueless why it was cancelled. They raised a new return request. The same story repeated for 3 times and they will raise a new request and escalate the issue whenever I contact them. Was this information helpful? | |
