[Resolved] Flipkart — No Return/Refund for the defective product | |
I am not sure what is Happening and what will happen on this case. After multiple discussion and follow up I am not getting any resolution for this Issue. I have told multiple times that I have patient in my home and I need to buy a new Ac. I have asked for Replacement and Refund respectively but nothing worked till date. I told multiple times that I will raise complaint to forum but till date I have not done that because I had a good relationship with Flipkart but now it is getting worst. Today itself again Installation request has been raised can you please tell how I will remain silent (Attached message screenshot). It is my keen request to you please arrange a refund first then do whatever you want (Installation, Un- Installation). Was this information helpful? | |
