[Resolved] Flipkart — No Service provided to return Moto e 2nd Gen.3rd quality service | |||
Dear Flip cart, I am facing issue regarding the returing mobile phone (Moto e 2nd Gen). On 10th of April, i requested to return my phone. This phone has lot of hardware issues- 1) touch not working properly. 2) Mike is poorest. 3rd quality mike. Voice does not receive to other user. I always have to speak very loudly. Same with given head phone also. 3) Heating problem. I want to return this phone, i want my money back. But I am not getting any support from flip cart. I frustrated from the service of flip cart. Whenever i call to customer care, they says techinal guy will call and support. But no call.no support... this is disgusting.I never expected this from flip cart. Totally 3rd quality service.
