I had purchased noise colorfit vision 2 buzz smart watch with one day delivery from Flipkart site order number Order ID - OD[protected]
The smart watch came in a Flipkart envelope with the box without having a plastic cover and also the watch didn’t have the plastic tag cover on it. The Ekart representative stated his job is to just show that the watch is present in the box as per open box policy and whether it’s working or not is not his concern and refused to take it back. He said to keep for charging and it will work. I charged for more than an hour but the watch won’t switch on. I raised a replacement and two times they changed call back time. Last evening (29/12/2022) got a message that I didn’t answer the call whereas on one ring the rep cut the call. I called Flipkart customer service and was told to wait until 30/12/2022 as call will come at 2.10pm. A lady called and when I told her the issue, she hung up on me and suddenly got an sms stating, they will make one final call on 31/12/2022 between 6pm to 6.30pm post which replacement won’t be possible. This afternoon (30/12/2022) I called Flipkart customer service and the rep Sunny sounded incompetent and unconfident and hence asked for supervisor, Ankita came on the line saying she needs to do troubleshooting and since I was at work she said to call back and she will leave a note to try and help.
I’m being given a run around for 7 day replacement policy for a dead on arrival product and no one is cooperating in getting this resolved. Was this information helpful? |
