[Resolved] Flipkart — nokia 6.1 plus (blue, 64 gb) (od[protected] camera damage at the time of product delivery. | |||||
I have escalated the product issue 5 times to Flipkart about the Back Camera Damage and Microphone is not working. 1) First 2 times request auto rejected from Flipkart. 2) Third time Technician visited to my place and mark as issue resolved. 3) Fourth time Technician visited and replacement accepted by Flipkart. But Wishmaster(Ekart) denied to pickup product. 4) Fifth time Replacement accepted by Flipkart but Wishmaster(Ekart) denied to pickup product because of the same reason as I have already mentioned at the time of Raised Return Request (Back Camera Damage and Microphone is not working).
