This is ANIL NAIK BATTU purchased a Nokia tv 55 inch from Flipkart on July 2nd and delivered to our address on july 4 and completed installation on July 6.From starting itself it is showing some problems i.e if the tv runs for continuous 2 hrs it automatically turned off, I thought it is a small problem but on July 16th morning the display of the tv is not coming, I have called somany times to Flipkart customer but they are not giving any response by saying that call to Nokia customer care we are not responsible.Finally I called Nokia customer care they also not giving any response.It is new tv, how it will get the problem, and I have purchased it from Flipkart and they are responsible for selling me duplicate tv, In this covid pandemic situation also we have purchased a tv forRs.41, 999/-.I finally appeal that, please refund my amount of Rs.41, 999/-, coz it is big amount to us.
