Purchased nokia tv 55 inch from flipkart on aug 13 th and it had backlight bleeding issue and went for a replacement. Replacement tv was installed in 20th aug and within few days is was not switching on.
Complaint raised and service engineer came on 7 th sep and did a software reset and installation. Again the tv never switched on and when i raised complaint, a service engineer came and confirmed the tv motherboard is not working. Am having pathetic experience with this tv and fed up calling flipkart and nokia for returning this tv. Nokia tv service centre is asking me to call flipkart for return and flipkart is saying seller policy is only 10 days and asking me to call nokia service centre. Am struggling with a product of poor quality and don’t want this anymore. Looks like flipkart is the seller if this brand and does not change the product now
