Flipkart — non delivery of flipkart perfect homes crete leatherette and fabric 3 seater sofa (finish color - black)

I ordered (Order id - od[protected] for a 3 seater sofa and had paid rs. 9900/- through net banking on 30.09.2019. Then i had been given scheduled date of delivery as 17.10.2019 and extended further for 19.10.2019, 22.10.2019, 23.10.2019 thereafter no further updation is given to me. After 23.10.2019, no updation is shown on the app about my delivery. When i made a call on 23.10.2019 on their customer care no. [protected] i had been assured the delivery by 9.00 p. M. But not delivered. When again called on 24.10.2019 on the same number no proper reply/assurance is given. So far i have not received my order for which i had paid rs. 9900/- before about a month ago.

With regard to my complaint dated 25.10.2019 regarding Non delivery of my Order ID: OD[protected], I have received two calls first on 27.10.2019 and another on 28.10.2019 from Contact No. [protected] (Flipkart Authorities). Both the time I have been asked to cancel my orders and also asked me to place a fresh order as they are unable to supply it on the basis of my previous order. This is quite strange how a supplier can do this whereas he got payment in advance and after crossing all the deadlines for supplying the goods, he is showing his inability for supply the goods and also forcing the consumer to cancel the previous supply orders.
