I am very seriously taking up this issue on a strict notice to FLIPKART.COM with regards to my Grocery Order ID : OD[protected] placed on April 5th for Rs.857 and, paid through "Flipkart Pay Later".
Until this day the order has not yet dispatched or shipped and delivered. And also, Neither I nor the Flipkart Customer Support Executive is unable to cancel the order (even after cancellation it is returning back to 'to be dispatched soon' status).
The Order is paid with Flipkart Pay Later option and I will be charged for the same on May 5th.
They want me to pay Rs.857 for the undelivered order. Is this a way of doing a fair & clean e-commerce business? Several times I have contacted the customer support and informed them, still this issue is not yet resolved
On a very strict note to Flipkart.com, I need this issue to be sorted out please. If this issue is unaddressed or ignored, I'm ready to file a legal complaint in consumer court on this fraudulent behaviour, taking this up to limelight in print & visual media.

The website and the products posted on the site are highly lucrative and any body will jump to buy it. After taking the money by "Only by Online Payment" and No COD they cheat the customers.
It is high time that such fraudsters " Kiritbhai Kalubhai Bajaniya" who gets the money after transfer from online payment be caught and be jailed.
Also I want that the message shall go to all customers to be beware of such Companies which post cheap items in the website and such website shall be authenticated before loading in the net.
