[Resolved]  Flipkart — non delivery of my product booked online

And i am following with flipkart for last 10 days for the delivery status of the same and the customer care telling that i have asked for cancellation...??? Is this possible, when i am following up for 10days for delivery then why should i call for cancellation, irresponsilbel reply from flipkart,... What type of service is this...
