[Resolved]  Flipkart — Non delivery of order after three reschedules

Flipkart is not able to deliver my order on promised date and has revised it three times so far. There is no way to track the delivery as well. I have raised an incident with them but there is no good response.

The incident number is IN[protected], the order number is OD[protected]

I request you to help me resolve the deadlock with my order as I have made this order work from home easily. Every delay is causing me back problems.

They just delivered after the need was over citing issues with the seller. No quick resolution nor a refund. In the end received a defective product.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Every six days I receive a delay notification for 6 more days for the past 3 scheduled delivery. This was ordered for preventing backache when working from home. I will have to press for a case for compensation if the delivery does not happen by 5th.

Got it after 6 reschedules and persistent follow ups with the call center who has no clue other than what the systems tell them to do.
