[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of prepaid order

I have booked one toyhouse desert king atv bike for my kid on 12 october 2019.
I paid the amount online and the delivery date provided was 25th of october 2019.
Till date i have not received my order even after repeated reminders and phone calls to customer care. Flipkart just kept on giving me new dates but they are not at all doing anything to get this product delivered.
They have now stopped responding my calls. I am feeling cheated and currently highly frustrated because of this. As flipkart is unleashing mental cruelty on me i am unable to behave normally.
Please help in getting my order.

We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 08 Nov 19 and it will be reflected by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
