[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of product and non refund of money | |||||
This is regarding purchase of a mattress online from Flipkart which cost me 30000 rupees. The product has not been delivered till 6 days after the estimated delivery time and the customer care keeps postponing the details without any clear whereabouts of the product. They are also denying cancellation of the product and not refunding the amount. So i neither have the product nor the money while flipkart is unresponsive about it. 30000 is a big amount and now i need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delay in delivery and refund requested for mentioned order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product delivery was delayed for unforeseen reason from seller end end as per customer requested return raised on behalf of seller and refund info shared. Hence, took feedback and closing the case.
