Flipkart — Non delivery of product but claiming to have delivered | |||||
On Oct 3rd, we made full payment for Space Wood study table . They did not deliver the product. When we called on 26th, they assured us to deliver within two days. To utter surprise, their system showed that the product has been delivered at 11:55 PM. Without my signature, without any SMS, without entering in our Apartment entry gate security log book, they are claiming that they have delivered the product. When I enquired again, they apologized for the same and told that it was a system error and assured that they will deliver the product. They kept on assuring to deliver within 24hrs, 48hrs and so on. Nothing happened and they are not even ready to refund my money. I dont know what type of hell magic they have used to deliver the product. On calling help centre, they are literally playing with us, and they do not reply at all. In spite, if you go for any purchase through Flipkart, be sure of wasting your time, money and mental peace.
