Flipkart — Non delivery of products | |||
Pathetic service from flipkart grocery. They think customers are dumb. Even after 15 days of placing order for essential items the order is still pending to be delivered and on every estimated delivery date I get a msg postponing the delivery to further date. Now if I ask the customer care, they ask me to wait for few more days. How long to wait for essential products like oil and ghee. When requested to cancel the order and arrange for refund, they say they can't do it from their end. They ask me to reject it when the delivery happens. So who is responsible for the delivery of products and who will refund my money? Such a shame on your service. Was this information helpful? | |||
