I ordered washing machine on 24th september 2022 and I received the product on 29th september 2022. It was due to be installed on or before 30th September 2022.
However, the same was not done and the time line was breached by Flipkart.
On Contacting, Flikart assured the issue to be resolved by on or before 4th October 2022.
However, Even after several follow ups and continuous complaints. No remedy has been provided by the Flipkart.
Due to non-installation of machine I am unable to do my daily task and for which Flipkart is not even bothered or considerate towards the complaint.
I have paid for the service, which flikart is unable to deliver and is giving me unenessary harrasment and trouble.
At the end, after getting frustrated from Flipkart, I am registering complaint on Consumer forum.
It is a kind request to look into the matter and help resolving the issue and it is also expected to take necessary action against flipkart so that the same harassments is not faced by any other consumer.
