[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of the product after the payment is done | |||
My name is srikanth reddy. I have purchased the product "carrier 1.5 ton 3 star split inverter ac - white" on flipkart.com on 25th october 2019. For which i was told by the flipkart that the product will be delivered by 07th of november 2019. On 04th november a courier guy has approached us the delivery address and delivered the exhaust out door unit. The guy has called us from the mobile number "[protected]" for the location of the address. The outdoor unit was delivered at 12.15 pm. And i have received the delivery email, sms from flipkart saying that the order "carrier 1.5 ton 3 star split inverter ac - white" has been delivered to me. But in fact only the outdoor unit was delivered but not the actual ac inddor unit, for i approached the flipkart team on the number "[protected]", where i was told that the issue will be resolved with in 24 hrs and the product will be resolved. Since then i have been calling the flipkart team continuously on the above mentioned number and every time i was told that the delivery will be made very soon with in 24 hrs. They initially promised me to deliver the product by 7th nov 2019, and then 11th nov 2019 and upon various calls again it was promised as 15 th nov 2019. But again today when i approached the flipkart team they are again saying that the issue will be resolved very soon. Due to the false commitments given flipkart everytime, i spent a lot of money in hiring the electrician and the carpenter assuming that the delivery really happens on the dates promised by the flipkart. But i ended up losing all the money in paying the technicians and still waiting the order to be delivered by the flipkart, for which i have already made the payment well in advance during the purchase of the order on 25th october 2019. Numerous calls were made to the flipkart customer care team, and those were also recorded by me on my mobile handset, and even the complaints were raised to flipkart over emails, but there is no solution provided to me so far. Also i have recorded voice call of the guy who delivered the outdoor unit to me on 4th november in which he claimed that only the single outdoor unit is provided to him to be delivered t my address, but not the actual ac indoor unit is handed over to him to deliver at my address. And today when i approached again the flipkart customer care team is asking me to wait till 23rd november to receive the latest update on my issue Was this information helpful? | |||
