Flipkart — Non processing of refund amount | |||
This is with reference to my order no OD[protected]. I placed my order for refrigerator on 15th Apr. I recieved the product on 20th Apr in damaged condition. Flipkart initiated the replacement on 23 Apr. But due to higher replacement timeline on delivering the new product, I requested to change my replacement request to refund of amount on 26thApr . Since 26Apr, replacement cancellation request is under progress. I contacted customer care, social media but they keep on giving new timeline for resolution & are of no help. I am fed up chasing up customer care for my refund. I overall had worst experience shopping on flipkart specially customer care team. My product has already been picked up on 28th Apr, by Gati courier( Docket No :[protected] They are just keep on giving fake promises to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
