[Resolved] Flipkart — non receipt of earphone along with ASUS ZENFONE 5 | |||
I have purchased a ASUS ZENFONE5 through flipkart vide OD No.[protected] amounting to rs.10089 and received the product on 14/4/2015. On opening the pack it is seen that only data able and charging plug was avaiable and earphone has not been included in the pack which is a part of the said phone. It is requested to supply the earphone immediately Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him that headset does not come within the box along with the purchase of Asus Zenfone and it needs to be purchased separately. Customer agreed, So closing the case.
