[Resolved] Flipkart — non receipt of refund amount

I ordered one pink sports bra on 15th december 2017. My order id is od[protected] and my mode of payment was cod. I returned the item because it was not good. As per the website information they should refund my money within 7 working day. I was suppose to receive my refund amount on 1st jan, 2018 but i didn't receive any refund. There are no proper customer care contact number or email id to give any complain. I want my money back. Tell me what to do to get my money back.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed that the seller has refunded the complete amount and informed the TAT. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
