Flipkart — Non refund of flight booking amount | |||||
The flight ticket was booked from flipkart of goairline. As per the instructions provided in the flipkart website once the airline cancel the flight, customer can process cancellations with flipkart mentioning the drop down reason as flight cancelled by airline and refund will be processed. But the refund I got was Rs. 870 deducting full charges out of rs.13110/-. I got email from the airline for full refund which I shared but all time flipkart give false date for refund and delayed a month and even now also asking for extension.
