[Resolved] Flipkart — non refund of money for product id od[protected]

I have placed a return request on 8th oct for the product id no. Od[protected] it was picked up on 13th oct but soo after the pick up, a message o[censored]nsuccessful pickup was received and currently the status of the return request is showing as return cancelled on 31st oct 2018. I have contacted many of their senior executives but each time they are not even providing me any acknowledgement. The refund money is yet not credited.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not reflecting in customer account. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the refund has been completed on November 08, 2018 by the seller. Hence, requested customer to check with the bank and closing the complaint from our end.
