[Resolved] Flipkart — non replacement of defective product with ignorance

I had ordered moto one power (64gb, black) on flipkarrt on 27/05/2019 and received next day. Order number-od[protected]. When i switched on it and connected to wifi apps were not getting installed. Neither the android was setting up. I forced disabled playstore and tried again, thereafter other apps like whatsapp started getting installed, but android set up was not working. I forcefully closed the app and asked for replacement. Yesterday i received a call from their executive who asked my problem and abruptly disconnected the call after listening to my problem. No one came to my door, i just received a message that they tried to connect multiple times but i missed their call once only with me but were unable to do so and thus replacement request has been cancelled
