[Resolved] Flipkart — non replacement of redmi note 4 model mobile | |||||
I bought a new mobile from flipkart on 30th july. There was network connectivity in that mobile n i lodge a complaint about it. They sent a technician to check my mobile on 2nd august n he checked the device n said that there s a problem in it n u all get replacement soon like that. While checking my device he erased all through restore factory setting. After that he entered new security pattern n did not tell me properly n went away. I tried to open it but the mobile was locked. I called the technician n asked pattern n i entered it again but it did not open. And on 4th august courier executive came to deliver my replacement mobile n he checked device n refused to give new mobile due this lock problem. Its not my mistake. Due to this i m depreesed from 31st july. Please help me to get new mobile or refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
