It is to inform that, so many notifications/correspondence with flip kart and andhra bank by me regarding non reversal of my amount Rs 29999/- for my UN Successful online transaction on 07.05.218 towards purchase of LED TV (my order OD[protected]') . till today amount was not credited to my account.
Andhra Bank says that amount was credited to merchant account but flip kart authorities are saying that amount was not credited to merchant account.
This shows gross negligence of both and thrown the customer into panic state.
Today Andhra Bank authorities strongly replied & closed my query and confirmed that that the amount was credited to merchant account with Pay u ID [protected] on 09.05.2018.

Andhra bank declared that my issue was closed and declared that
