Flipkart — Nonsense customer service and courier partner | |||||
I had ordered two products. One was a frame (specs) which was delivered to me on 14th Oct 2016. By mistake the courier guy changed the status of the product as Cancelled after delivering the product. I tried to request a refund of the product on the website and see that the product is already been cancelled and I cannot request a refund. I called the CS team and they sent me a msg that my product will be picked up on 19th Oct 2016 and my refund will be initiated but till date I have not recieved any call from flipkart regarding this product and that useless product is still with me. This was a mistake done by the courier guy and I am facing the problem of it. I called the customer service people again and they understood the problem after 7 days that the courier guy did it by mistake. But now I got a message that I will have to wait for 4 more days as the courier partner has not changed the status from cancelled to deliver. Once they change the status then I have to again do a fresh return request and go through the nonsense procedure all over again. This is a real bad inconvenience and all the stupid CS executives give misleading information and fake dates that my problem will be resolved. There is one more product a Campus sutra Solid men's round neck grey Tshirt. This was supposed to be delivered on 20th Oct 2016. But I get a message that the product is been delayed and I will have to wait till 22nd Oct 2016 (why?). Still I was waiting for the delivery on 22nd Oct 2016 but again I get a msg that the delivery guy will take one more day and my product will be delivered by 23rd Oct 2016 but still I was calm and expecting the product. Suddenly on 23d Oct I get a message that my product has been cancelled and it has been returned and I will get a refund for it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
