Flipkart — Not able to claim my gst return

I'm not able to claim my gst credit.because of seller is not filing there gst.
Flipkart is not resolved my issue yet, im follow up with them more tyan 3 months.
Also customer care wasting my time daily on call and i have to explain my proplem everyday to there support team.its take a lot time for me.I already talked with more than 30times with customer care executives.

And also not getting any update on mail even i have requested lot of times.
Also didn't get any reply on my previous mails.

I want to file a case against flipkart and the seller with the reference of all call recording eveidences, tax invoice,
